Before sending your payment, please use
our shopping cart to compute appropriate S&H. Credit card orders are also welcome
on the phone or via fax if you
don't want to submit your information over the Internet.
Shipping
All of our items are tested before shipping, and are
well packaged to prevent damage in the mail. We do not list our company name on
the return address, and the package has no indication of the
contents.
Most orders are processed within one
business day. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail,
which takes 2-3 days to arrive. We also ship via FedEx if you desire
more reliable service. FedEx orders are more likely to ship on the same
day.
Canadian Customers:
Orders take 1-2 weeks to arrive, and are sent via standard airmail.
Global Express Mail (2-4 days) is also available when you check out.
Return Policy
If you want to return your order, please mail it
back to us with all parts included. Item must still be in new condition.
Everything except our S&H costs will be refunded back to your credit
card. All returns including DOA units must be shipped within one week of delivery. DOA items can
be replaced with another identical unit, and we will cover shipping
costs. Returns are mailed via USPS Priority Mail within two
business days of arrival.
